About the event

Join the Very Bad Girls Club for a Reformes Pilates Class, Cake and Sisterhood!

To celebrate International Women's Day, we have teamed up with the community-focused Reformer Pilates studio, Tempo301, to bring you a gathering where you will get energized, nibble on delicious food and connect to the women of the community.

The Reformer Pilates class will be led by Alysa Parlavliet - whose classes don’t feel like just a workout, they are highly meditative and therapeutic, as noted by her students.

This class is ideal for beginners and intermediates alike. With a maximum of 11 sisters in the class, Alysa will have time to give you personal attention and guide you to perform exercises whilst considering your individual needs/goals.

After the class we will gather for some networking, nibbles, light refreshments and chats!

As an International Women's Day gift, Cyclical Living Coach and founder of Very Bad Girls Club Egle will guide you through the best ways to exercise to honor your cyclical nature. Also, she has prepared little gifts to help you get in tune with your feminine cycles after the event.

You will come out of the event feeling connected to yourself and others in the community.

Wondering What to Wear?

We recommend wearing something that allows you to move easily, such as stretch pants and a vest top, or shorts and a t-shirt.

See you there, Gorgeous!
