About the event

Join the Very Bad Girls Club for an evening of sisterhood and hormonal balancing.

Have you ever wondered why sometimes you are full of energy and other days you can't get up from bed?

Your hormones might have something to do with it.

The Hormonal Balancing  workshop will help you understand how a woman’s body and mind shift through various stages of the menstrual cycle.

In the workshop you will learn how to nourish your body through a more balanced lifestyle, leading you to a better overall health and mind-body connection.

We will learn why your body craves sugar before your period, why at certain days of the month you have an unexplainable boost of energy, and why your partner might seem a little bit more annoying just before your period.

We will also tap into the body's knowledge and learn how to eat, exercise, work and socialise through various stages of the cycle. We will  talk about how to date and be in relationships better. We will learn when to organise big client meetings, and when it’s best to book massages and self-care routines.

You will leave the webinar with a new appreciation for your body, a clearer mind and more power to achieve your goals.

The link to the Webinar will be sent a day before the Webinar. If you won't be able to join the Webinar at the time, the recording will be made available next day for you to watch it within a month after the webinar.

All the Webinar guests will receive guides and foodcards to continue their learning process.

If you've got a specific question you'd like me to answer during the webinar, you are able to ask it whilst purchasing a ticket.

See you at the workshop, Gorgeous!
